- Note: we have a list of over 30 reasons to not use items - usually
it is dirty, stains, holes, lint balls, mildew, storage ruin, etc.......

- Washers and dryers (always got returned- gave up)
- Gas/Propane appliances
- any "built-in" appliance

- Hot water heaters
- Furnaces for a whole house

- SERVICE CHARGE
- Persons bringing us appliances or any large, hard to dispose of item
that is faulty, will be charged a $80 service charge if we are left with
it.
- This charge can be deducted from your account, or we invoice
you. This is part of our contract and you agree to this when you sign
our contract.

- TOYS
- We are Picky with toys. We will display all games and puzzles
(box in good condition/or antique).
- Stuffed animals should be clean and nice enough for a gift.
- We do not put out mini plastic figures (free McDonald gifts, etc.)
- SEASONS
- Spring to Summer Items are accepted:
- FEBRUARY 15TH TO AUGUST 14TH
- Fall to Winter items are accepted:
- AUGUST 15TH TO FEBRUARY 14TH
- Valentines and Easter Items after January 1st
- Fourth of July items after March 30th
- Back-to-school items after July 15th-(do not get
too wintery however)
- Halloween items after August 31st
- Thanksgiving also after August 31st
- Christmas Items: after October 31st
